Join us on Governors Island on the 11th, 12th and 13th of September for three full days of live music, art, interactive music technology and vocal training workshops! New events are being added all the time! Experience Kathryn Palmieri's public xylophone; Diana Castro's Music Mood Interactive Object; a filmed performance of astronomical phenomena interpreted in music and dance by composer Bruce Lazarus and choreographer Mary Seidman, and Heather Massie singing Broadway songs. You can write on the American Music History Wall or discover your true voice in our instant vocal coaching sessions!
Events will all take place in Nolan Park House 8A, from 11 AM to 6 PM each day. The house is a six minute walk from the ferry terminal.
If you are a performer and would like to participate, please send an email with the phrase "Music Museum Project" in the title to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
